ふと疑問にかられたのは、日本国憲法第１条『・・・主権の存する日本国民・・・」。占領期に主権はGHQ/ＳＣＡＰにあったのではないのか。宮沢俊義氏他 が異議を述べてないのも不審である。美濃部達吉氏の場合は馬鹿馬鹿しくてやってられない、という心境ではなかったかと私は推測する。
