石原都知事にやや甘い評価の私も今次の東北大震災の対応についてはやや違和感を感じた。もちろん天災・人災・菅災の菅政権ほどではないが。その一つは福島県ほかの被災民への便宜供与の態様とタイミングである。節電やＪＲ（おもに東日本）への批判はみるべきものがあるが、実際に寒い風が吹い ていた当日の東京都民の帰宅への心くばり、緊急対応はどうだったのか。改善すべき点はなにか。総括が必要だろう。これは埼玉、などの各県にも求め られていると確信する。
