ウクライナの前政権が、日本からの排出ガス取引による２００億円の拠出金を所在不明にしたとして問題になっている。排出ガス取引自体が詐欺に類するという意見はよく耳にするが、私も疑惑の目でみている。日本が乾いた雑巾をさらに絞る努力をしながら、中国は石炭を１年に３０億トン燃やしてこれは１０年前の２倍だ。かなりの部分がアルミの電解用だ。
つまり金儲けのためだ。脱力しなければそれは相当ルーピーな人だ。ウクライナの件だが、２００億円を不正に費消したなら拠出国の決定者に一部をキックバッ
クした可能性は、かなり濃い。国際常識として疑わない方が不自然だ。
